1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All domestic shipments are processed via our standard courier service. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total gross weight of your order (including packaging).

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong Public Holidays.

2. Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to our courier. Orders placed after 2:00 PM HKT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Your shipping fee depends entirely on the weight of your package.

Up to 1kg is $28

Up to 1.5kg is $38

Up to 4.5kg is $58

Anything over 4.5kg is capped at a flat rate of $78

The exact weight and rate will be clearly displayed at checkout before you input your payment details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please factor in an additional 1–2 days for our team to pack and process your order during peak promotional seasons.

Do you deliver to remote areas or outlying islands?

We deliver across Hong Kong SAR. However, please be advised that deliveries to certain remote areas (e.g., Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung) or outlying islands may experience an additional 1–2 business days of transit time. What happens if my delivery is delayed?

While we and our courier partners make every effort to deliver your goods within 3–5 business days, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning) or high courier volumes may cause delays. Under our terms of service, time is not of the essence, and we are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics providers.

Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot alter the delivery address. Any redelivery fees incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.
